EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Aisling we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange

  • Our Exchange policy is valid within  2 days From the date you have received the item. 

  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) please email us at info@aislingbynirmal.com

  • Please note all exchanges are valid once ONLY and once an item is exchanged, another claim cannot be made against the same order number as it expires in the system. 

  • Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn & in their original condition along With reciept. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible. 

  • For lahore Residents – After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 300/- redelivery. 

  • For other cities I.e Islamabad, Karachi, Multan etc – the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 300/- redelivery. 

  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and customized items cannot be exchanged. 

  • Delivery charges cannot be re-imbursed.
